Shipping + Handling

International Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping address and weight.

Highway Line is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left for delivery. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information. Please be aware that if customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned, and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

International Orders: (Cost depending on customer location.) Orders will be processed 1-2 business days. Please note, International orders cannot be expedited.

  • All shipping rates are determined by courier, and not by Highway Line.
  • Order total amount is in US dollars, and international customers may have to pay exchange rate difference and customs fees.

Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped by our fulfillment center. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday from the fulfillment center. All orders will receive an email confirmation when the orders are shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

US Shipping:

U S Orders are Shipped USPS Priority Mail (5-7) Business Days or USPS 1st Class (2-3) Business Days

All orders are shipped Monday-Friday

Free shipping on Orders over $99

Our Fulfillment Center will be closed on the following dates:

Product Availability

We make every effort to try and ensure that all the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items are out of stock. You will be fully refunded for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system. Please re-order out of stock items on your next order or contact Highway Line customer care center to inquire about other options.

Change of Address

address changes must be made prior to the order shipping. If a change of address is made after an order has been shipped - All shipping charges incurred will be billed to the customer.

Refused Packaging:

There will be a $20 Non-Delivery Fee charge for any refused packages from Highway Line. The $20 Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the credit card that was selected during checkout. This fee will be subtracted from any refunds or credits.

Estimated Delivery Dates

We do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time for your packages. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please refer to the tracking number once your order has been shipped included in your shipping confirmation email. Please track your shipments, as Highway Line is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.

You are responsible for verifying the shipping address and may be charged in case of invalid address costs.

ORDER CHANGE

To serve you better, highwayline.com will process your order immediately after you click the "Place Order" button. If the order was placed in error, you may have up to 1 hour to cancel your order without being charged. Please contact our Customer Care Center at 847-773-7655

Overnight Orders: (Cost depending on customer location.) Please contact our Customer Care Center for availability. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 2:00 pm CST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm CST will be processed on the next business day. All overnight orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
